Book a Coaching Consultation with Vita to discuss your wellness goals. In this 30-minute session we will discuss the areas of your life you wish to improve and any particular goals you have identified. Based on this I will create a personalized plan containing all of the action items and ongoing support elements you will need in order to reach your desired outcome.
